Standard Appointments & Deposits

A $25 deposit is required to book and goes toward your service.

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Deposits transfer only when rescheduled with proper notice.

• Late cancellations/no-shows forfeit the deposit and 50% of the service cost will be charged.

• A 15-minute grace period is provided. After this time, your session may be shortened or canceled.

Prepaid Packages

• Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

• Late cancellations/no-shows forfeit the scheduled session.

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Memberships

• A 3-month minimum commitment is required. Early cancellation incurs a fee equal to one month’s dues.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments result in a forfeited session.

• Membership cancellation requires 30 days’ notice.

• Memberships may be paused once per year for up to 30 days.

No Refunds

All services, packages, memberships, gift cards, and deposits are final. Please share any concerns during your appointment so they can be addressed immediately.
